Date of departure
The dates of departure appear in the section "Calendar". But for the groups
constituted by 4 persons minimum, departures are possible out of these dates.
However, you must consider the indicated periods on the descriptive of the
tours (from the middle of June to the middle of March for the Mali and from
the beginning of April to the end of November for Madagascar).
Airplane transport
The air fares are given by a guide roughly. The exact price will only be
confirmed at the moment of the reservation. If you want, you can reserve
the air ticket yourself.
Customized tours
We can adjust the tour functions of your hobbies, your rhythm, and the number
of participants. Contact us in order to establish a quote. For those who want
to extend their stay with a stay free, they can postpone the return. Information
that you have to tell us while the reservation.
Insurances
MAIF Recovery assistance – contract n°3262472N
The recovery assistance is integrated in the acquired guarantees by all the
active members or associated of Tamadi, in order.
The MAIF contract, through the recipient of assistance IMA GIE guarantees
you, during your travel, for the risks below, excluded the cases which present
a pathological condition constituted before the date of the departure, or an
illness that has been treated:
- Medical recovery to your home or in an adapted hospital near your home.
- Payment of the medical costs and/or hospitals as a complement or an advance of
the social organism within the limit of € 4000 in France and € 80 000 abroad.
- Recovery of the body to the place of funeral of in case of death.
- Civil responsibility, corporeal damages within the limit of € 30 000 for disaster.
- Material damages for € 600 per a person. (excess € 150).
*If you extend your travel with a free stay
(not supervised by Tamadi), your assurance must take over.
Cancellation insurance ((European insurance)
This insurance is optional. It must be necessarily signed the day of the reservation..
ATES price option 1 – Concellation, interruption of stay : 2 % of the price of the journey.
ATES price option 2 – Concellation, interruption of stay, suitcases : 2,15 % of the journey.
LOISIR "complementary + luggage" - Cancellation, interruption of stay, civil responsibility, complementary assistance, train and plane delay.
Individual – Flate rate : 41 euros/person for long-haul plane, 23 euros/person for medium-haul plane.
Family – Flate rate : 135 euros for long-haul plane, 78 euros for medium-haul plane.
Groups smaller than 4 persons
The prices are valid for groups of 4 persons minimum, whatsoever groups constituted at the
beginning by travelers who know each other, or groups composed by TAMADI. If the group of 4
people (or more) is not constituted by the travelers themselves, TAMADI helps for the constitution of the group.
If, at the moment of the reservation, the number of participants is not reached,
- Either Tamadi and the travelers reach an agreement about the modification of the date in order to constitute a group;
- Or the travelers agree to pay the extra charge necessary for groups smaller than 4 persons (it means an extra charge of 20% for a group of 2 persons and 10% for a group of 3 persons);
- Or the travel is canceled
The reservation is only effective when the group of 4 persons is constituted or when the traveler has agreed to pay the extra charge for a group smaller than 4 people.
